Today I meditated. And for the first time ever, it worked.

I had this overwhelming tingling feeling surge up and down by body that seemed to follow my breathing patterns. In--and I could feel the blood in my veins heat up and rush. Out--and the tingling faded and almost cooled my skin.

I felt entranced to the point where there was a delay in snapping out of it when I felt ready to finish. Like it was a little more difficult this time to open my eyes and return to reality. I returned feeling rejuvinated and refreshed like I had woken from a deep night's sleep.

It was wonderful and I just had to share it with someone.
